CNC carved reproduction Gothic Inserts

We use a CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) router in the production of our curved mouldings. Since we have this state of the art machine we are able to supply our customers with wide range of cutting and carvings services.

The project shown below is a good example of what can be done with this machine. The clients only other option was to have the Gothic inserts hand carved at a cost many times greater than we were able to provide. The solution of making them on our CNC router was the ideal alternative. The project was completed on time and on budget.

The photos below show a sample of the gothic arch panels our client needed  reproduced.  They made the rectangular frames while we supplied the carved Gothic inserts.  The project was for an addition on a church.
